Luxury 2-Bed Apartment with A/C, Sleeps 6, Private Garden, Free Parking, Netflix

Positive: A very nice modern apartment, spacious with excellent facilities, tastefully simple decoration, great fast WiFi, easy to park with a good size vehicle space. The flat also had it's own private courtyard garden. Clean comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms with bedside lamps. Good location. Showers 🚿 were great. Lovely to have under floor heating and a dishwasher, washer dryer etc. Check in instructions were easy and clear. Host dealt with an issue efficiently. Negative: Before I begin just to reiterate that we did very much enjoy our stay overall and would likely stay again if in the area. Unfortunately we encountered a plumbing issue, toilets running very slow on arrival and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. This was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the host and rectified. Being picky, the kettle needs descaling. There was also unfortunately a considerable amount of noise from the upstairs flat through the floor. The dishwasher drain needed cleaning out which I did before I used it. It would be good to have a lamp for the living/dining area so you don't have to have the main harsh lights on. There could also be some basic cleaning products provided. It would be helpful to have an information booklet with some guidance on how the oven works, info about the flat facilities and local area. That said we enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value for money.
