2 Bedroom Brand new Flat, Oxford, Kidlington

You could not want for a better property to stay in for your trip to Oxford and the Cotswolds Positive: The flat is exceptional. It has a great location and is within easy reach of Oxford Centre, Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds. Kidlington has good facilities within walking distance of the flat. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our stay. The Flat is very well equipped. The host was great. We had a slight problem with the hot water on the first night, and although I messaged him at 23.19 hrs, I got a reply back straight away with instructions on how to adjust the boiler to fix it. I was not expecting a reply straight away but his prompt reply meant virtually no impact on the enjoyment of our stay. Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. The only thing that we had was that the Flat was too warm at night. For some reason the thermostat control kept reverting to 25c. because the flat is so well insulated, it took a while for the temperature to drop to a lower setting. However, this did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

Positive: Smooth early check-in and check out. The flat had everything we needed for our stay. Recommend for families.
