Excellent location, top notch customer service and response, safe Positive: Customer service and courteous behavior. We really feel valued Negative: Lighting in bed room. Bed room looks ordinary compared to living room which is modern. One of the sofa was kind of damaged with one leg broken.

Oxford Stay Positive: Cosiness of the flat. Clean and comfortable. Close to shops and walks Negative: Would have preferred hard flooring throughout flat. Also prefer stainless steel or cast iron cooking pots and cutlery Blinds or nets to bedroom window needs to be added for privacy
