Great house -let down by a couple of issues.
Positive: Great location for Oxford and surrounding areas
Negative: Mould in downstairs bathroom all over ceiling and a handrail was hanging off the wall creating a safety risk. Host did attempt to remedy this but only on last night of stay after young children had gone to bed.

Great location for Oxford
Positive: Excellent location. Lovely main living area and private garden. Parking. Clean bedding and towels.
Negative: A little tired in some rooms and for the price a small welcome pack of some tea, milk sugar would have been nice.

Great pressure in the showers.
Negative: The top bedroom was a little warm, and there wasn't much ventilation up there.
